Summon Dark Knight

Elf summon

Summon Dark Knight calls a Dark Knight to fight beside your Elf. It swings a sword at one monster at a time, and every third swing is a Twisting Slash that hits up to 6 monsters around it. You learn it from the Orb of Summoning +4 with 170 Energy.

How to summon it

  1. Get an Orb of Summoning +4: it drops from monsters of level 50 and up.
  2. Raise your Energy to 170. There is no character level to reach.
  3. Right-click the orb in your bag to learn the skill, then put Summon Dark Knight on your skill bar.
  4. Cast it outside town. Each cast costs 200 Mana, and casting again replaces the summon you have.

Moo Classic enhancement

Summons in Moo Classic are fighters you can count on. Every summon here:

  • goes for the monsters hitting you first, then your target, then any monster near you;
  • pulls some of the monsters near it off you, so it tanks for you;
  • follows you through warps, gates and town portals, and appears beside you after a Teleport;
  • takes your Greater Damage and Greater Defense at least twice as strong as anyone else, more with high Energy;
  • needs only the Energy its orb asks, with no character level.

The Dark Knight swings a Twisting Slash every third attack. It hits every monster around his target at full damage, up to 6 at once, so he is the first summon that thins a pack.

Tips

  1. Cast Greater Damage and Greater Defense on your own summon: they work at least twice as hard on it as on anyone else.
  2. Keep Heal for it in long fights; its blue bar shows how much health it has left.
  3. Fight packs, not single monsters: every third swing hits all of them.
  4. The Moo Helper can cast it again for you when it dies (Resummon).

The same creature also lives on the maps as a wild monster: see Dark Knight.
