In short: Put your first levels' points into Agility, then add the rest. Classic advice for Elves and knights: early levels go faster, and you fix life later.
Good and bad
Good at
- Faster first levels: Penetration 534 to 790 at level 150 against 500 to 728 for a balanced Agility Elf
- Monsters miss you more
- Fewer potions early
Weak at
- Very low life until you add Vitality: 229 at level 150
- Players and bosses punish it
- Needs the Vitality later
Stat points by level
What the character window shows at each level with this build, starting stats included, wearing the gear below. "Try it" opens that level in the character builder, where you can change anything.
| Level | Strength | Agility | Vitality | Energy | Life | Mana | Defense | Penetration hit | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 46 | 246 | 20 | 15 | 129 | 103 | 24 | 278 to 420 | Try it |
| 150 | 150 | 662 | 20 | 15 | 229 | 253 | 66 | 534 to 790 | Try it |
| 220 | 177 | 900 | 105 | 15 | 469 | 358 | 115 | 812 to 1,220 | Try it |
| 400 | 277 | 1,650 | 300 | 50 | 1,039 | 681 | 213 | 972 to 1,652 | Try it |
Hits are before the target's defense. Your own gear, its options and your pets change every number.
Skills and gear
The class's usual skills.
The best bow or weapon your Agility allows.
The gear in the table:
- Level 50:
Arquebus +3 - Level 150:
Aquagold Crossbow +5 - Level 220:
Saint Crossbow +7,
Wings of Elf +5 - Level 400:
Albatross Bow +11,
Wings of Spirits +9
Why it works here
For an Elf, Agility gives damage and defense at once, so early on nothing kills faster. This plan takes Vitality from level 220 on and ends at level 400 with 1,039 life, next to an Agility Elf's.
History
"Agi first" was the most repeated stat advice on old forums.
