In short: Strength for the weapon, then Agility: faster swings, much more defense, and the best chance to hit another player.

Twisting Slash, Death Stab, Rageful Blow and the combo.
A blade it can carry with its lower Strength (Sword of Destruction, Bone Blade); the Agility makes armour much tougher.

Why it works here
A knight's Agility raises defense, defense rate and attack speed, and its chance to hit a player grows with Agility much faster than other classes'. At level 400 this knight against a Strength Knight needs about 3 hits, landing 88 % of the time; the Strength Knight needs about 3 hits, landing 35 % of the time.
