In short: Strength first, enough Agility and Vitality to stand in the fight. The knight that hits hardest with plain swings and skills.

Skills and gear
Twisting Slash for groups, Death Stab and Rageful Blow on a Blade Knight, the combo from the level 220 quest.
The biggest blades it can carry (Giant Sword, Sword of Destruction, Bone Blade at level 380), heavy armour sets.

Why it works here
A knight's damage grows with Strength, and every skill multiplies it. At level 400 this knight has 1,648 Strength and Twisting Slash hits for 1,266 to 1,709 before defense.
