In short: A joke build: an Elf with an axe and Strength. Without a bow, Strength and Agility give an Elf the same damage, so it works on paper and badly in play.

Why it works here
Without a bow, an Elf's damage comes from Strength and Agility added together, so an Agility Elf with a bow out-damages it and an Agility Elf with an axe matches it with more defense.
On Moo Classic: It works, but an Agility Elf does the same and more.
