In short: About half Agility, half Energy: enough damage to hunt alone and buffs good enough for yourself and a friend.

Why it works here
Her buffs work on herself too, so each point of Energy adds to her own damage. At level 400 she keeps 1,109 Agility and 752 Energy: Penetration 750 to 1,262 and her own Greater Damage +110.
