In short: Agility over Energy: you cast faster, dodge more and take less from hits, and each spell hits for less.
Good and bad
Good at
- Casts much faster: magic speed 119 at level 400 against 38 for a full Energy wizard
- Far more defense: 272 at level 400
- Hits players more often
Weak at
- Spells hit for about half as much
- Late spells (Inferno at 724 Energy) come later
- Needs good gear to keep up in parties

Hits are before the target's defense. Your own gear, its options and your pets change every number.
Skills and gear
Fast single-target spells (Lightning, Fire Ball, Aqua Beam) and Evil Spirit; Soul Barrier.
The same staffs as an energy wizard; the Agility makes the light armour sets far tougher.

Why it works here
Each point of Agility gives a wizard defense, defense rate and casting speed. At level 400 this split has 899 Agility: defense 272, magic speed 119, and Evil Spirit still hits for 379 to 765.
